Europa League an unreliable betting medium, as showcased I suppose by Ath Madrid’s 0-2 home defeat and Napoli losing to Plzen. We just don’t know the mindset of the majority of teams in this also-ran competition.

As ever, Friday is devoted , for me, to doing Saturday and Sunday Football Research. There are some very good matches this evening though featuring galatasary away, Bayern Munich, Porto, AC Milan , Anderlecht amongst others – teams with strong stats.
